Additional Certification - MSPA Gold and Silver Certification
Shoppers interested in augmenting their knowledge and awareness of the industry are encouraged to obtain additional certification(s) offered by the Mystery Shopping Provider's Association (MSPA). Shopper's can become Silver and Gold certified (for a fee). Certification is not mandatory. The MSPA's website is located at www.mysteryshop.org
